REMINDER: ODK 2 Developer call.
This is the first February developer call at a time that is opposite the second call to allow people in different time zones to attend.

- Give update on the February Release version 2.0.3
- Give update on ODK 2 documentation revision
- Discuss processes that will make it easier to contribute to the documentation effort
- Discuss how to optimally setup ODK 2 channels for Slack
- Discuss what features and priority fixes should be included in the March Release (2.0.4)
