I can’t generate JSON file by the xlsx converter. the form doesn’t have any errors.

Could you provide more information on the problem? Did you receive any error or warning from the converter? What browser and platform did you run the converter on? Did the issue occur on a new form, or did this happen after you made modifications to your form?
If it’s possible could you upload your form, so we can try and reproduce the issue.
