# ODK Expert Needed!

Hi everyone,  
I work in the WASH/pubic health space with social enterprises and am researching ways to create an app that would help market based programs. I first started looking into nocode options such as [bubble.io](http://bubble.io) but the lack of native offline functionality is a major limitation. Next we looked into fullstack development using MERN which is viable but a huge and expensive undertaking. Then I had the idea that maybe ODK-X could be used to do what we need.  
So I am searching for an ODK-X expert that would be willing to have an initial 30-minute call to share their insights on if the use case we need could be build within the ODK-X ecosystem. I’m happy to pay from my own pocket for your time.
