ODK2.0 Table comes with a bunch of example forms in particular household and member forms fielded in Ethiopia. I want to understand the flow of the 9 sections and forms that make up the survey. Does anyone have the original survey (paper or digital)? Or is there any source/reference (article or other document)? Or where did the hard-working developers get the source survey that got translated into these particular examples?
I hugely appreciate this very important work of developing & deploying ODK.

These forms were developed to demonstrate to one of our partners how the
2.0 tools could be used to collect household demographics for a cookstove
study. We do not have the original paper forms or documentation. However,
if you have specific questions regarding the forms, I’m happy to answer
them.
