Setup Sync Endpoint with MSSQL Documentation or Resources

Is there any documentation or other resources for setting up the sync endpoint with mssql?

I was looking at Setup ODK-X Sync Endpoint Manually — ODK-X Docs and couldn’t find the sample configurations.

If someone could help me find the right resources, it would be appreciated.
