Double-metaphone and soundex-code libraries -> app/config/assets/libs

I have added the phonetic libraries as described above and as attached.I have written javascript code in app-designer-2.1.6\app\config\tables\CBS_Case_Report\js\CBS_Case_Report_list

but nothing changes in the table.

Which javascript file should I use to effect these on the odk-x table?
Any help will highly be appreciated

Can you be more precise about what you mean changes in the table? Do you mean the database? For the data to change it would need to put into the data entry pipeline like a custom prompt type.
