Until the ODK 2 version 210 release, the https://opendatakit-2.appspot.com was still using version 208 protocols. The server has now been updated to version 210.
In preparation for the first release of the ODK 2.0 Tool Suite, release candidates are now available for download! The ODK 2.0 Tool Suite is NOT intended to replace the ODK 1.x Tool Suite but instead is a parallel set of tools for complex workflows.
