Hide Finalized Submissions in ODK-X Survey app

Hi, How would I hide the finalized forms from being viewed to prevent editing or deletion on ODK-X Survey app?

Hi @Patrick_Nyatindo! I don’t know if there’s an easy way to do this by default, but you certainly can use permission filters (Data Permission Filters — ODK-X Docs) to change the _ROW_OWNER or the various _GROUP settings so that. You can also, for example, set up a supervisor to manage workflow (see: Data Permission Filters — ODK-X Docs). But since a key idea of ODK-X is that users can update longitudinal data, the data are still available after a form is finalized in general.

Since the list of survey instances is a javascript webpage you can customize it to hide the survey instances you don’t want users to see.
