Integrate Cloud Calling (Exotel) with ODK-X

Hi. I want to know if there’s a way to integrate cloud calling with ODK-X and if someone has done this before.
Basically, looking for a way to do something like this Exotel-SurveyCTO but using ODK.

You could definitely integrate Exotel with ODK-X.

I am not aware of anyone who has done the integration one like it.
