ODK briefcase not pulling files from KoBo collect

Hi!

I tried to pull data collected from KoBo collect onto ODK briefcase and am getting the error message “The selected directory doesn’t look like an ODK Collect storage directory. Please select another directory”

I transferred the full folder from the tablet the data was collected on to my laptop, and then on the ‘Pull’ tab selected ‘collect directory’ and selected the full folder that I transferred across.

Any help would be much appreciated!
