Parent-child form

Hello.
I’m new to ODK-X and after setup and installation, I’m at form creation. I’d like to be able to create forms that are directly linked to a parent form like household and household_members forms in ODK-X App designer. I’ve looked at it but I’m having a hard time understanding how it works. Anyone have more elaborate documentation on this? Thank you

Another example is Ethiopia_household and
Ethiopia_members

You can also look at femaleClients to see how multiple forms can work on one table.
