we are facing a problem, but it is for some of the users. When they sync the data with the server, the default access changes from hidden to full and we need it hidden. so I checked their data and the default access was hidden, now when they sync the data with the server the default access changes.
Can you please help me with this error, I shall be very thankful to you.

Hi @Abdul_Wasi! As you are new to the community, when you get a chance, please introduce yourself here.
There are a couple reasons that this behavior could be occurring.
- Check that each user has the right set of permissions – you would want users to have the synchronize tables role if you only want them to access some tables.
- Check that row access filters are set correctly for the data
- Check whether your tables are locked
It sounds like there may be some issue with one of these settings. If users originally obtained the data (or blank forms) by syncing with the server, when they add data if defaultAccessOnCreation setting (properties sheet) is HIDDEN for that table, it should then sync to the table as hidden.
