If you are using Dropbox then I don’t think you are using Cloud Endpoint or Sync Endpoint at all (the only option for cloud endpoints currently supported is sync endpoint; aggregate tables extension is deprecated).
There is no ODK-X main server. You can, however, set up a server using sync-endpoint if you want to do that.
